- $1.08 millions Parkes Multimodal Transport Hub project
- $295,040 National Crime Prevention Program - The Widening the Circle Project - Lachlan Shire Council
- $200,000 Black Spot Funding - Roundabout at Mitchell Highway & Narromine Street, Trangie;
- Delivered on a promise to save the Peak Hill Doctor's surgery, securing funding of $55,000;
- Rural Transactions Centres for Hillston, Peak Hill, Trundle, Tullamore, Wilcannia, Menindee, Ivanhoe, White Cliffs, Tottenham, Tibooburra, Lake Cargelligo, Trangie and Tullibigeal
- Moved a motion to have the serious drought situation facing NSW recognised by the House in 2002;
- Integral in bringing Prime Minister, John Howard, Deputy Prime Minister John Anderson, and Agriculture Minister, Warren Truss on drought tours of Western NSW. Resulted in interim EC for the Western Division, and the eligibility criteria for drought assistance being relaxed.
