Congratulatory Messages: John 's office can arrange special messages from the Queen, Governor-General, Prime Minister and other dignitaries for milestone birthdays and wedding anniversaries.

Citizenship Certificates: Assistance and information for individuals applying for Australian citizenship.
Flags: For schools, clubs and community groups. Packages available for overseas exchange students
Parliament House School Visits: You can receive a memento from Mr Cobb when visiting Parliament House. Just get your teacher to complete the following form and Mr Cobb will endeavour to meet you at Parliament House to hand them to you. He would also like to take your photograph to place on his photo gallery.

Australian Veteran Certificates of Appreciation
Certificates of Appreciation are available under the Australian Government's Saluting Their Service Commemorations program. They are a way of expressing the nation's gratitude to those who served in the defence forces or on the home front in World War II or in wars, conflicts and peace operations overseas since World War II.
Certificates of Appreciation are available in respect of the following conflicts and events:
- World War II - for service in the Australian armed forces or on the home front
- British Commonwealth Occupation Force (BCOF) Japan
- Korean War
- Malayan Emergency
- Indonesian Confrontation
- Vietnam War
- Gulf War
- Peace Operations
For World War II, the service may be overseas or on the home front. For all other events, the service must be overseas in the area of the particular conflict. The service may be as a member of the armed forces or as a civilian in support of Australia’s efforts in the conflict.
